GROUND YOURSELF in the NORTH

This summer, Masa will organize a relaxing and grounding retreat in his hometown　in Tokachi, Hokkaido.

北の大地の中でもとりわけ広大な十勝平野。そこに人口4000人ほどの小さな村があります。僕が生まれてから高校卒業までの時間を過ごした場所、中札内村です。

この夏、この場所で初めてヨガ・リトリートを開催することにしました。

ただそこに広がる森や空、そして大地。ゆっくりとした時間が流れるこの土地で、奥底からのリラックスとグラウンディングをもたらす、そんな穏やかなリトリートにしたいと思っています。

リトリート中は、ヨガや瞑想のレッスンはもちろんのこと、牧場や川への散策や、参加者同士で協力しながら地元食材を使ったクッキングなども行います。もちろんCafé de MASAによる手作りスイーツを楽しむ時間も。フリータイムには、近隣施設にて乗馬体験などもできますので（別料金が発生します）、十勝でしか体感できない、ゆったりとした、けれども濃密な時間を存分に味わい尽くしていただきます。

宿泊施設は、中札内村農村休暇村フェーリエンドルフ。こちらのグランピングコテージとグランピングテントを１棟ずつご用意しました。いずれも４名ずつと限りがありますが、好みの滞在スタイルに合わせて宿泊場所をお選びいただけるのも、このリトリートの特徴です。

In the great plain of Tokachi, Hokkaido, I was born and grew up. This summer, my first yoga retreat ever in the north will take place in this tiny village of Nakasatsunai.

Sky. Forest. River. And all the nature in the north. This retreat will let you experience such a slow and grounding moment.

In addition to yoga and meditation practice, you will enjoy local farm visit, cooking with local ingredients with other participants, etc. You may also have some chance to do other activities such as horse riding (additional fee is required) during the free time.

One of the things that makes this retreat outstanding is the accommodation (please see the link below). We actually have 2 different types of guest room: Glamping-style Cottage; and Glamping Tent. Each accommodation can host limited number of guests (4 people), so don’t miss the chance to make your own choice.

・参加費用：        ①通常料金：72,000円（コテージ泊）又は58,000円（グランピングテント泊）

②早割料金（4月22日までのお申込み）：69,000円（コテージ泊）又は55,000円（グランピングテント泊）

・Total fee:           ①Full Price: 72,000 yen (for cottage user) or 58,000 yen (for glamping tent user)

②:Early Bird Discount (register by April 22nd): 69,000 yen (cottage)or 55,000 yen (glamping tent)

*上記料金には、2泊3日の宿泊費、滞在中の食事（2度の朝夕食、1度の昼食及びCafé de Masaによるカフェタイム）、ヨガ及び瞑想レッスン、基本アクティビティ代が含まれます。一方、集合・解散場所（とかち帯広空港又は宿泊施設）への移動費（航空券・鉄道チケット等）、旅行傷害保険料、買い物や追加アクティビティ等の娯楽費、リトリート日程の前後の宿泊費（前泊や延泊される場合）は含まれませんので、ご留意ください。

 *The total fee above includes all the accommodation, meals, yoga lessons and basic activities (additional activity such as horse riding is not included). Please be noted, however, that the transportation to/from Tokachi such as flight/train tickets, travel insurance, shopping, food/drinks outside of the accommodation, pre/post retreat stay (if any) are not included.

＊本リトリートは、一般的な旅行ツアーとは異なり、参加者が各自の責任において現地に集合し、現地でのヨガ、アクティビティ等にご参加していただくものです。

*Unlike ordinary "tour", participants come to the venue with their responsibility and attend the yoga lessons, activities etc. in this retreat.

＊7月14日は、午後１時半までにとかち帯広空港に到着していただくようお願いいたします（宿泊施設へ直接集合される方は別途ご相談ください）。また最終日は午前11時にチェックアウトをし、リトリート終了となりますので、午後1時以降のフライト又は鉄道チケットのお手配をお願いいたします。

*on July 14th, please arrive in Tokachi Obihiro airport by 1:30 pm (please let me know if you plan to come directly to the accommodation). Also, please book flight/train tickets after 1 pm on the last day since we will check out the accommodation at 11 am.

●リトリート内容/Contents

・ヨガ・レッスン：ヴィンヤサ・ヨガでしっかりと身体を動かす練習と、陰ヨガやヨガ・ニードラで深層のリラックスをもたらす練習。気候や皆さんの体調等を考慮しながら、その時もっとも相応しい内容で行います。

・呼吸法＆瞑想：十勝の清浄な空気を身体いっぱいに充満させ、クレンジングしていく呼吸法。そして自然を感じながら行う瞑想。いつもと比べてよりいっそう深い時間を過ごしていただきます。

・サットサンガ：十勝の大地で心からリラックスすることで、普段気づかなかった自分の内面を見ることもあるかと思います。何となくの感覚でも、今回ご縁のあった参加者の皆さん同士でシェアができたらと、このような時間を用意しました。

・アクティビティ：元清流日本一の札内川への散策、広大な敷地に広がる牧場見学などを行います。また、お土産に最適な六花亭直営ショップへもお連れいたします！

・食事：地鶏やジンギスカンを使ったBBQ、地元の食材を使った参加者同士による手作り料理など。アレルギー対応についてはご相談ください。

・Yoga practice: We practice active Vinyasa and calming Yin Yoga/Yoga Nidra, considering the local climate at that moment and participants’ condition. 

・Pranaayama (Breathing technique) and Meditation: Surrounded by the greatest nature, you will fulfill your inner body with the freshest north air. Then, with your body refreshed and relaxed, let’s practice the deep meditation.

・Satsanga: You may find some new thoughts as well as recall what you used to believe yet somehow forgot. It will be pleasure for us to share such things and inspire each other.  

・Activity: We will go to the former Japanese most clean river, Satsunai river for some walking meditation as well as large and comfortable farm. For souvenir hunting, nationwide well-known sweets company, Rokkatei, has its shop and gallery within a walking distance from our accommodation!

・Meal: BBQ with local grown chicken/lamb, our homemade cooking with local ingredients and such. Please inquire me regarding allergy.

***キャンセルポリシー及び免責事項について***

本リトリートは人数限定で行われるものですので、開催直前の人数調整や、現地での手配済み内容の取消および変更に困難が伴います。したがって、下記のキャンセルポリシー及び免責事項（以下「本キャンセルポリシー等」と言います。）を設けさせていただきますので、お申し込みをもって本キャンセルポリシー等の内容に同意されたものとみなします。ご理解とご協力の程よろしくお願い致します。

●キャンセルポリシー

①リトリート開始の2ヶ月前(～2018年5月14日)までにキャンセルの申告：25,000円を予約手配キャンセル料として申し受けさせていただき、残額を返却。

②2018年5月15日～2018年6月30日までにキャンセルの申告：総額の40％返却。

③2018年7月1日からリトリート開始までにキャンセルの申告：0％返却  

●免責事項

・天災による支障、参加者ご自身により起こした怪我や病気、また盗難・破損等の事故に関しましては主催者側では責任を負いかねます。　心身の健康管理、所持品管理などは個々人の責任において行ってください。ご心配な場合はあらかじめご自身で保険などにご加入ください。

・万一不適切な言動や行動があった場合、他の参加者の迷惑やリトリートの妨げになると主催者が判断した際には、お帰りいただくことがあります。

・航空機の運行中止や遅延、その他個人的理由等、いかなる場合においてもリトリートの全てまたは一部に参加できなかった場合は当方ではその責任を負いません。 

以上の点をご確認いただき、ご同意いただいた上でお申込みください。

***Cancelation Policy and Waiver***

Please be reminded that the following cancelation fee will be due since this yoga retreat can host only a limited number of participants and it is difficult to rearrange after the last minute cancelation:

1) Cancelation before 14th May: JPY 25,000;

2) Cancelation from 15th May to 30th June: 40% of the total fee; and

3) Cancelation including and after 1st July: 100% of the total fee

In addition, please be noted that you are regarded to agree with the following terms via your registration:

1) The organizer, Masa Suzuki, will not be responsible any injuries, illness caused by participants, accidents including but not limited to belongings loss, or force majeure. Please take care of your health and always keep your belongings in safe with your responsibility. If necessary, I advise you to have your travel etc. insurance.

2) The participants have sole responsibility in the event they could not attend the whole/part of the retreat due to the cancellation/delay of the flight, any individual ground etc.

3) If the organizer, Masa Suzuki, judges it necessary, a participant may be required to leave the retreat to the extent that he/she causes issues and/or bothers other participants via his/her words, behaviors etc.
